dental implants and pain after dental implants this is a frequent query that everyone who considers to get an implant supported artificial teeth replacement. when we perform flapless guided implant placement patients provided an excellent feedback that they had bare minimum discomfort and didn't need the entire course of pain medication. when we have to place bone grafts etc we have to open the gums extensively . this is carried out in very few patients and these patients had to take the entire course and had some tolerable pain . patients needn't worry too much about pain after implants as it is not a major problem that cannot be handled.
