Immediate implants after teeth removal is possible if patients visit for a prior consultation before removal of teeth . this is possible if they visit us when the teeth is asymptomatic i.e no pain but cannot be prevented from removal due to advanced decay or fracture that has destroyed more than 80 percent of tooth structure. We then plan the removal of teeth in a way that no supporting bone is damaged during teeth removal. this helps in placement of an implant either immediately or after a few months.
